The Qualities of Contemporary Leadership. Comparative Analysis between Employee Assessments and Lead

Leadership is a topic that is as old and out of date as it is current and relevant. A successful company leader possesses a variety of skills and attributes that motivate employees to follow him. Some qualities, such as compassion and honesty, come naturally to leaders, while others are learned via training and experience.

The traits of a great corporate leader inspire employees' trust and respect while also increasing productivity.

Contemporary leadership has changed not in terms of the set of attributes that constitute it, but in terms of how employees view and value personal characteristics in order to fulfil their duty as leaders.

This research investigates how and in what ways leaders' qualities are valued. Specifically, a comparison of employee evaluations with leadership evaluations.
