The Impact of COVID-19 Pandemic on the Relationship between Supply Chain Strategy and Organizational

COVID-19 has an impact on the global economic system's supply chain. One of the most serious economic problems has resulted from the COVID-19 pandemic's spatial quick deployment, which included an unexpected scaling and graphic. The goal of this study was to look into the impact of COVID-19 on the relationship between supply chain strategy and organisational performance in Jordanian industrial corporations, as well as to gain insight into the operational structure, resource utilisation, and the identification of strategic tools that would help to improve organisational performance during COVID-19. The researcher used a mixed-method technique to conduct interviews with 25 managers and evaluate them using open-source coding and deductive reasoning, which reflected a careful supply chain approach as shown in the literature. Also, during and after COVID-19, some effort is being made to review and improve supply chain strategy's potential for improving and promoting organisational performance. Interviews and literature were used to create a questionnaire. 1160 employees from 42 Jordanian industrial enterprises provided the empirical responses. During COVID-19, the findings of the current study reveal that supply chain network architecture has the greatest impact on organisational performance. Furthermore, the findings highlight the significant impact of COVID-19 on the performance of industrial corporations' supply chain strategies, implying that supply chain strategies must be taken as decisive strategies to combat the epidemic, and that they must be integrated with the overall organisational strategy.
