SEX CHROMATIN STUDIES ON 70 PRIMARY AMENORRHEA CASES | BIONATURE
On 70 primary amenorrhea cases, sex chromatin studies were performed. 50 cases have positive sex chromatin (+ve), 6 cases have negative sex chromatin (-ve), and 1 case is doubly positive (++ve). There are two forms of sex chromatin in the remaining 13 cases. 11 of the 13 examples have a negative/positive (-ve/+ve) outcome, one has a negative/double positive (-ve/++ve) outcome, and the last case has a positive/double positive (+ve/++ve) outcome.
