Role of Organizational Behavior Maturity in the Business Success of the Start-ups | Asian Journal of

The study of human behaviour in organisational environments, as well as the interaction between human behaviour and the organisation and the organisation itself, is known as organisational behaviour. The primary focus of organisational behaviour management study is on people's behaviour in their organisational maps. Startups may be little enterprises, but they may have a big impact on the economy. They create more jobs, which means more people employed, and more people employed equals a stronger economy. Startups can also help to boost economic growth by fostering innovation and introducing competition. One of the key objectives of organisational behaviour management is to revitalise organisational theory and build organisational life conceptualization. In terms of a simple description of organisational behaviour, it should be stated that organisational behaviour studies how individuals interact within a company. The simple definition of organisational behaviour does not imply that it is a straightforward topic on which we can focus our attention. Because organisational behaviour is designed to study human interaction, it is extremely complicated, and it might be difficult to assess specific behaviours because individuals behave differently in different places and cultures. Organizational behaviour is the application of psychology in the workplace or any organisation, and it entails the study of human behaviour in the workplace. Organizational behaviour refers to the actions and attitudes of individuals and groups toward one another and the organisation, as well as their impact on their own and the organization's performance.
