Reconstruction of Synthetic Model of the Three and Four Layers for Soil Investigation using Active M
For soil study, the active Multichannel Analysis of Surface Waves (MASW) approach is utilised. Because of its non-invasive nature, this approach was chosen. Furthermore, MASW fieldwork is easier and faster than other approaches. In this work, a synthetic model with representations of two synthetic models for three and four layers was produced using physical characteristics that offer an overview of the model and the appropriate density, compression wave velocity (Vp), shear wave velocity (Vs), and thickness was developed. Vs30 is also calculated and plotted to depict soil quality. The Geopsy and Dinver plug-ins were used to implement active MASW processing. The Vs, Vp, and thickness profiles are inverted using the Dinver software's neighbourhood algorithm (NA). It has other uses as well as a global optimization strategy using direct search Furthermore, the resulting model gives some information regarding the shallow depth study's ground-to-surface investigation. The rebuilt synthetic model, notably the soil in the test model, exhibits an acceptable subsurface structural model.
