Prevention and Detection of Physical and Psychological Violence among School Children | Asian Jou...

Harassment of minors can be thought of as a form of habituation to aggressive domains of contact, a psychosocial sickness resulting from a lack of exposure to sensitive culturally democratic situations. As a result, in addition to other Sustainable Development Goals, it is vital to develop a citizenship engaged in education (Global Citizenship Education) as a means of preventing bullying (SDGs). Bullying is defined as repeated and protracted demeaning actions perpetrated by kids on an equal basis. Bullying and cyberbullying are examples of physical or virtual assaults and insults, rejections, or intimidation that impede the victim's school activities and make the victim feel constantly threatened. Bullying and cyberbullying have serious consequences, not only on the victim's emotional well-being and academic performance, but also on their physical and mental health. Families and instructors must be included in the solutions, especially in the context of regulated education, where participation can be encouraged in a more organised and controlled manner. Expert perspectives emphasise the importance of the school in preventing aggressions and discrimination, as well as critical and reflective attitudes regarding the violence that surrounds certain situations, educating pupils to reject them from the start as insufficient.
