Moyamoya Disease in an Adult Patient with Multiple Infarction: A Case Report | Asian Journal of Medi
Moyamoya disease is a cerebral circulation abnormality with an unknown cause that is defined by bilateral and chronic progressive stenosis of the supraclinoid internal carotid artery and the Willis polygon's major branches. In our situation, the patient had several infarcts despite not having had a stroke until the age of 54. Angiography was used to make the patient's diagnosis.
