When shoot buds and shoots differentiated from the centrai region of the scutell tissue were transferred to R-2 medium supplemented with NAA or IAA + coconut water (CW) and casein hydrolysate (CH) plantlets were formed, cultures were raised from scutellartissue of Oryza sativa L. CV CR 126-42-1 on MS, B5, LS, R-2 nutrient media supplemented with 2,4-D. The number of regenerated plants with mitotic and meiotic analyses was n=12. Plants were brought to maturity and their quantitative characteristics were examined.
