Credit card usage is becoming increasingly integrated into people's everyday lives, and credit cards have a stronger influence on busy people's constantly changing lifestyles. In comparison to other nations such as Korea, the United Kingdom, the United States, and Singapore, Sri Lanka's consumption is still low. There is still room to enhance credit card usage, and there must be factors that impact credit card usage, thus understanding factors that influence credit card usage among Sri Lankan working people is more important. As a result, this article will evaluate the literature with an emphasis on the variables that influence credit card usage and lead to the desire to use credit cards. The following criteria are examined in the paper: Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, Age, Gender, and Education.
