Factors Influencing Consumer’s Intention to Use Electronic Payment Platform in Nigeria | Asian Journ

E-payment platforms have undoubtedly altered the Nigerian e-commerce financial sector. Consumers, however, remain sceptical about the technology's acceptability, despite its benefits. The goal of this research is to find out how likely customers are to adopt e-payment platforms. To assess the important aspects influencing customers' propensity to utilise e-payment systems in Nigeria, a model was presented by expanding the innovation diffusion theory (IDT) with trust. The present approach will aid in the proper elucidation of customer behaviour in terms of technological acceptance. A set of well-structured assumptions was created to help navigate the model's goal. The study's conclusion is the creation of a complete model that influences e-payment usage. This model is meant to investigate customer behaviour in the adoption of e-payment technologies in Nigeria.
