Deformation of Incompressible Hollow Cylindrical Structure Loaded by Azimuthal Shear| Asian Research



The study focuses on a hollow cylindrical construction that is isotropic and incompressible that deforms under pure azimuthal shear. The non-linear second order ordinary differential equations came from the mathematical characterization of the structure's angular displacement. The resulting answers to the boundary value problems were obtained by angular displacement software analysis. The impact of stress components and material factors on the structure's angular displacement was visualised and compared.
