CLUSTER ANALYSIS OF ALGAL COMMUNITIES OF SOME SELECTED SOIL TYPES OF MADHYA PRADESH | BIONATURE

In order to identify the relationshipe of algal communities identified in fifteen Madhya Pradesh areas occurring in some selected soil types, cluster analysis was performed using four methods: single linkage, complete linkage, average linkage, and weighted average linkage. Gwalior, Bhopal, Rewa, Jabalpur, and Pachmarhi soils were categorised into three categories: cultivated, uncultivated, and garden soils. Soil algal populations have been discovered to be depending on the character of the soil. As a result, three separate clusters emerge: one for cultivated soils, one for uncultivated soils, and one for garden soils. Dendrograms demonstrate that farmed fields are closely linked in all five places surveyed. However, the clustering of Pachmarhi's uncultivated soils with those of other study regions' garden soils is intriguing. It's possible that this is linked to human migration.
