BIOCHEMICAL STUDY ON FREE α-AMINO NITRIGEN AND PROTEIN COMPOSITION IN THE CARCINOMA OF BREAST .....

This study found a statistically significant difference in the free -amino nitrogen concentrations of normal breast tissue, benign tumours, and malignant tumours. Similarly, total proteins, which comprise acidic and basic proteins, have been found to be significantly higher in carcinomatous breast tissue than in normal people. According to the findings of this study, the clinical phases of breast cancer are associated with high levels of free -amino nitrogen and protein content. When compared to controls, there is a continuous increase in these components in the tissue and serum of patients with this disease. -amino nitrogen and protein concentrations are considerably (P0.01) greater in stage II and III serum samples as well as in malignant tissue.
