An Application of Integral Transform Based Method in Cryptograph | Asian Journal of Pure and Applied

Because of the numerous ways hackers intrude into communications and information that should be personal or secret, we cannot overemphasise the need of information security and confidentiality in our daily operations. As a result, it is necessary to write or hide the information as much as feasible.

Cryptography offers a resounding answer to the aforementioned dilemma by ensuring the confidentiality of communications and information transmitted or transferred. A mathematical approach is proposed in this research work to encrypt and decrypt information using an integral transform called "Kamal Transform" for encrypting plain text and its corresponding inverse transform for decryption, as well as the congruence modulo operator, as a way of protecting and securing valuable data or information from hackers.
