A Review of Novel Methods of the Treatment of Cancer by Bacteria | Asian Journal of Research in ....

With fewer side effects in the treatment of cancer, nanoparticle-bearing bacteria are becoming more popular as therapeutic carriers. Nanoparticles have improved release and selectivity while posing a lower risk of harm. It has been the goal of medication delivery due to the cost-effectiveness of utilising bacteria and the circumstances for the growth of drug delivery with nanoscale particles that are smaller and less poisonous. Controlling the location, timing, and pace of drug release is achievable with targeted drug delivery using nano carriers. In clinical trials and laboratory investigations, anaerobic gram-negative bacteria such as Salmonella and E. coli, as well as helpful intestinal bacteria such as bacterial Bifidium, have been employed in the treatment of cancer. By examining emerging bacteria-targeted medication delivery systems, we want to draw up new connected patterns that provide effective strategies for study and future achievements in this review article.
