A Case Report on Sporadic Hemiplegic Migraine | Asian Journal of Medical Case Reports

Hemiplegic migraine is an uncommon kind of aura-related migraine that produces unilateral weakness. Hemiplegic migraine is divided into two types: sporadic and familial. A 46-year-old male patient complained of weakness and numbness in his right lower and upper extremities when he went to the emergency room. Brain tomography and diffusion magnetic resonance imaging were both normal in our case.
