Joubert syndrome (JS) is a rare autosomal recessive illness in which a molar tooth is discovered in the brain stem. Typical clinical symptoms and cranial magnetic resonance imaging are used to diagnose the condition (MRI). Although clinical signs arise from infancy, the diagnosis is frequently confirmed years later.
