Abstract

One of the foremost necessary causes of exfoliation eye disease is that the exfoliation syndrome within which lysyl oxidase-like one (LOXL1) sequence most-strongly related to exfoliation glaucoma. The rs2165241 was situated in deoxyribonucleic acid one of LOXL1 sequence and it's believed that rs2165241 may alter LOXL1splicing. the target of this comprehensive study was the association of rs2165241 single ester polymorphisms (SNP) in patients with exfoliation eye disease and management people.
