ON TESTING OF RECOMBINATION FRACTION

Abstracts

Theoretical estimates of recombination fraction λ are obtained for the stochastic models of multiple loci – (i) diallelic, (ii) multiple allelic, and (iii) infinite allelic populations. Using the theoretical estimate of λ, the estimate of genetic load is obtained.
